Project Description
Patch served as the owner’s representative, project manager, and construction manager for the City of Baton Rouge for a 14 Acre Landscape Buffer between nearby residents and the North Wastewater Treatment Plant. The project is the largest reforestation project in the history of Baton Rouge and is piloting the use of landscape and earthwork to improve air quality near treatment plants. The project planted 1200 trees, 6 acres of native prairie meadow, and integrated new stormwater management techniques across the site.
